We offer design center services in Riverside. Our experienced designers work with homeowners individually and guide them systematically through the entire process from the initial stages of discussing options and ideas to the closing stages of installation.

In an effort to give each and every homeowner undivided attention, our full service design center is open by appointment only. Please feel free to bring all appropriate design items with you to your appointment. For example a pillow from the new sofa, a new paint color, or even a magazine picture that you have fallen in love with. A designer will guide you through selecting all the different materials that compliment the interior of your home.
To setup an appointment please call (951) 788-0550 or e–mail us at sales@hytechtile.com and mention your preferred location, date and time. The number of hours you need to spend in our showroom depends on the size and complexity of your project. For example a kitchen countertop project should not take more than one hour. The first two hours of your appointment, which are sufficient for most projects, are free. If you decide to hire Hy–Tech Tile for your project, all design services will be free of charge.

Since we fabricate “in house” all solid surfaces, granite
and marble, we can offer very competitive pricing. We take pride in
our flexibility and reliability in meeting even the tightest
schedules. Every order is given the utmost attention.

The typical turnaround time from measure to install is about 5 days;
however, every home is unique and requires some level of
customization. Depending on the size and complexity of your project,
the installation may take from one to seven days. Removal of the old
materials may take up to one day, but for small projects, removal and
installation is done in the same day.

Warranty terms vary with the type of project, installation and materials used. Detailed warranty terms are specified in each contract. In general, we warrant the material for the same period of time as the manufacturer. While under warranty, we will replace or repair the product without charge if the product fails due to defects in fabrication or installation. The warranty applies to the original owner of the product if the product is maintained in accordance with the Product Care Guidelines provided by Hy–Tech Tile at the end of the project. Damage caused by abnormal use of the product is not covered.
